Managing Direcor
The Company is run by Major Md Harunur Rashid Bhuiyan, psc, (retd), MBA (major in HRM from DU), MDS.

• He is a retired military officer from the corps of infantry who fought rebels in Chittagong Hill Tracts for five years.
• He carried out Peace keeping operations in Sierra Leone in West Africa as a Commander of a mechanized infantry company in an independent area under UN peace keeping operations. Managed security of a big area.
• He Worked as Team Leader of a military observer group in Ivory Coast under UN. Monitored security situation of a large area.
• He also had a training on safety at Wok Place under UN.
• Did a Field Engineering course; knows mining and unmining of an area and removal of explosives, booby traps and securing an area.
• He also did special training on Women and Child protection and protection of Human Rights.
• He is also doing as Adjunc Faculty in Department of Business Studies in Jahangir Nagar University, Savar, Dhaka. He was also a Faculty in Department of Management Studies in MIST( Military Institute of Science and Technology), Mirpur Cantonment, Dhaka
